From an environmental aspect, all our pieces are made to order to avoid waste of raw materials, which also enables you to receive your pieces in their best condition.
- Since our pieces are handmade with advanced craftsmanship, please allow us 18 working days for production and we will send them out as soon as they are finished.
- We use USPS as our general shipping.
- Always free shipping for orders within the United States.
- We will send you the USPA tracking number after we send out the package.

- Other Regions Shipping Time:
5-7 Business Days after processing/production time - General shipping fee out of the United States: $40
Expedited Shipping
- Domestic (United States) Shipping Time:
2-3 Business Days after processing/production time - Expedited shipping fee within the United States: $70
- Other Regions Shipping Time:
3-5 Business Days after processing/production time - Expedited shipping fee out of the United States: $100

About Taxes & Duties
No customs duties are paid on shipments sent from all of our warehouses. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties would be charged once the package arrives in the destination country. These charges, if any, must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, they will assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
